I've mentioned before that my friend Molly has a wonderful blog - Jokes and Snacks. http://jokesandsnacks.com/ This past weekend I made some pimento cheese inspired by her recipe (and in one of the jars she'd brought to our house before). It was delicious!
I would never be able to cook on display - or report my cooking - like Molly. However, just wanted to let you know that I made Baba Ganoush tonight with an eggplant from my dad's garden. Recipe is below and the end product is DELICIOUS!
