Paul has loved having our Big Green Egg and has been perfecting his steak skills. This weekend he tried a smoked pork butt for the first time. After nearly 19 hours on the grill, Paul pulled this beauty off the grill and we had a delicious BBQ lunch! I'm looking forward to his next attempt - although I think after pulling an all-nighter Paul may need a few weeks before he's ready to take this on.
