Reading to Taylor tonight (she doesn't have a long attention span, but that discussion is for another post) and we picked up The Giving Tree. I knew it was an old copy of one of my favorite books - I snagged it from my mom and dad's house when I was pregnant - but I didn't realize exactly how old and how special it was. I opened the book as I usually do and noticed a hand-written note, immediately realizing that it was Mama Suze's handwriting.
"To our precious little girl, Happy Easter, Love, Mommie and Daddy. Easter, 1985"

OMGoodness------thst is just so sweet!!!!! Mama Suze is indeed a wonderful Mom and grand Mom.
